Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for food that has been delivered.

Cancellations:

·         Orders canceled more than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or event are eligible for a 50% refund.

·         Orders canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery or event are non-refundable, and the full amount will be charged.

Our Commitment:
If Grazy Train must cancel an order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
