2. Services
Grazy Train offers curated charcuterie boards, crudité spreads, grazing tables, and related catering services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Orders and Payment

• Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting us directly.

• Payment is required at the time of booking for all catering services.

• For custom or large catering orders, a deposit may be required to secure the booking.

4. Pricing
All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Custom orders may have additional fees, including setup and delivery charges. A minimum order of $2,000 applies to tiered catering services.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least [insert timeframe, e.g., 7 days] prior to the event for a full refund of deposits.

• Cancellations made within [insert timeframe, e.g., 48 hours] of the event may forfeit the deposit.

• Refunds for non-catered board orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

• Grazy Train is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.

7. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
Customers must inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that products are free from allergens.

8. Liability
Grazy Train is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the total amount paid for the order.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Grazy Train and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts of Colorado.
